The company has maintained a very high focus on the Health & Safety of all of its employees. Significant investment has been incurred in ensuring they are provided with all required tools and equipment to a high specification.
The Supervisor is well placed to ensure high quality of work and to ensure that Health & Safety requirements are being adhered to. The supervisor conducts regular on site Health & Safety checks of technicians which ensure that these high standards are being maintained.
The company employs an external consultant to ensure that all current legislation is adhered to and to prepare for any impending changes.
All technicians are required to complete a period of field training with a senior technician prior to commencing work for any client. Depending on the level of previous experience, the training period is normally six to eight weeks.
As part of their training the company ensures that all Technicians carry Safe Pass cards. The company conducts regular refresher courses throughout the year, including Working at Heights, Manual Handling and Electrical Safety ensuring all technicians are kept up to date with any changes in procedures.
